Board announces taxpayers will be paying less for schools in 2005-2006. An expected increase in tax revenue from commercial development could mean that Cranbury taxpayers will be paying less for schools in 2005-2006, despite climbing enrollment and a planned renovation to the school's heating and air-conditioning system. The Board of Education on Tuesday unveiled a basic outline of the $14 million budget it plans to send to voters in April. School Business Administrator Brian DeLucia said Thursday that the final budget would not be released until March 1 and that the figures released Tuesday were preliminary and subject to change.
