Post subject: tenis court
The house has a tenis court in the backyard!
Is a tenis court better than an inground pool?
Any realtors care to comment?
Personally, I think the Shadow Oaks development that is across the Millstone-Cranbury park is the "best-buy" in Cranbury; it offers a good price in a very good neighborhood. You can confortably jog or walk your dogs there.
That's why you don't see houses for-sale there often. If there is one, it usually sells quicky. I had seen a few houses there sold within a week on the market!
The "Cranbury Greene" development is another good one. The houses there are newer, more expensive. One drawback: most of the lots are too small.

Thanks.
I just saw one on Hardley Dr. listed for $879,900!!
(I feel that my house can be listed for $950,000 now, given the much better location, younger age, Sylvan pool, full block brick front, and public water!)
I guess you'll have to increase your budget or make a low-ball offer (if you like the house).
