You can confortably jog or walk your dogs there. <br /> <br />That's why you don't see houses for-sale there often. If there is one, it usually sells quicky. I had seen a few houses there sold within a week on the market! <br /> <br />The "Cranbury Greene" development is another good one. The houses there are newer, more expensive.
