Blue Rooster is a great bakery in the European tradition. It's not a deli or a bagel shop. I realize that part of the show was over-hyped (and I'm sure H&M is probably on par with most restaurants as far as cleanliness goes). <br /> <br />The problem I had is that the suggestions sounded great and apparently they were not taken. I just want to know what did they change as a result of the show? Since apparently they didn't keep the menu and stick with the suggestions it would be a shame to see this all be for nothing. It's actually quite funny because producers will prod people to say and do things for effect. For example, why do you think the Chef's look so surprised? It's often because the food is brought in and placed there by the show. Don't you think people would clean the restaurant prior to being on TV or at least one of them would? <br /> <br />On one filming of a TV talk show a participant from Survivor came on exclaiming their strength. The host then set them up with a demo of strength. If you watched the TV show it would seem the person was able to stand on a bucket with a plank across his shoulders holding water on both ends for the entire length of the program. In actuality it was only 5 minutes, but because it's not filmed live it was able to be edited and look like he did it for 30 minutes. Those in attendance that day I am sure saw a surprise when they watched the episode air. <br /> <br />I wouldn't worry about the food you eat there. The show is like any other, entertainment.
