Good question. I sure hope they don't let Stout pick all the appointments before the new decision on Mayor. He has disgraced the pricinples of the appointment process by blatantly picking only people loyal to his party and his leadership to positions instead of being nonpartisan as local appointments historically were.

How can there be mayoral appointments today if they are just choosing the mayor today? Does everyone go in with a list of their appointees just in case they are chosen mayor?
