Second, the buses are often so late that the entire bus of kids arrives after class begins. My kids have come home upset because they got in trouble with their teachers for arriving late when it was the buses fault. I agree people need to speak up. I would encourage you to write a letter to the school so there is a formal complaint on record. That way they can use this in discussions as opposed to hear say. I am not sure this forum can help. I know in other districts the contracts have on time performance, safety, driver safety clauses any of which trigger financial penalties. I think we have Bus 3. Sometimes its very late.
