From the outside, it has some decent pros and cons. <br /> <br />On the plus side, part of it does face preserved fields (on two sides), which is nice. It is a decent sized lot and it is at the end of a court. If you like the sports court, that is a plus. <br /> <br />On the con, while it does not back directly to Old Trenton, it is only one house away from it and I'm sure you can see and hear it from the backyard and probably the inside. For whatever reason, they seem to have planted large trees that will partially disrupt the field view part of the year. And the back yard doesn't seem well developed beyond the sports court and desk.
