Post subject: Re: Cranbury Library Reconfiguration UPDATE
Can you please post more details on what the result of the reconfiguration will be? The post implies some improvements but doesn't say what they will be.

Another reminder:
This is a reminder that the reconfiguration of the library is set to begin on Thursday, January 15. My best estimate for completion is January 27. Due to safety concerns, students will not be allowed into the library during school hours while the reconfiguration is occurring. I also ask that students not be picked up when the school dismisses the students at 3PM, again due to safety concerns. I will update you as the work progresses. Thank you for your support on this- the safety of the students is crucial.

Post subject: Cranbury Library Reconfiguration UPDATE
The Cranbury School Board of Education and the Cranbury Public Library are happy to announce an upcoming reconfiguration of the library space to better serve both Cranbury students and town residents. The reconfiguration will begin on Thursday, January 15, 2009.
Use of the Public Library
The reconfiguration will involve moving books, shelves and furniture. During this time the loan periods for all items will be extended and fines will not be charged. Once the reconfiguration is in progress we ask that patrons not return materials to the library until after the move is complete. We plan to offer limited library service such as use of computers, newspapers and periodicals while much of the reconfiguration is taking place. There will be no additional seating. Reference service, holds pickups and media rentals will also be available.
The library will be closed on the following dates:
Saturday, January 17
Monday, January 19
Saturday, January 24
Sunday, January 25
Monday, January 26.
Use of School Library
During the reconfiguration Cranbury School students will not have access to the library during the school day. Students may not be picked up at the library at dismissal during the reconfiguration. Safety of the students is a priority at all times.
