I was surprised to see that they charged me $10 extra for oil filter. I have never ever been charged extra for oil filter when doing an oil change. Even my last oil change with them did not have this extra $10 charge, so I asked them to check my previous oil change record. They told me the guy who did my oil change last time made a mistake; he should have charged me the extra $10. And, BTW they guy was fired and no longer works there. <br /> <br />After a couple of back-and-forth, they finally gave me $10 credit.
