There are cars parked on the side of the road so you cannot really see people. Peppermint Patty and her friend decide to JUMP out in front of the cross walk about 3 feet in front of me. C'mon - you have to give the driver a little bit of time to react to stop. Do not look at me while I am the bad person because you were NOT standing at the crosswalk. You JUMPED into the crosswalk. Then I get stared down because peppermint patty was trying to prove a point!! But what point?? I dont get it... I can see if someone is standing there waiting to crosss... YES PLEASE STOP AND LET THEM CROSS...
