Just to add one piece onto Dave's post which was well said. I want to make sure people know the meeting is at
7pm in the Large Group Room.
This room is behind town hall near the back entrance to Town Hall (old Industrial Arts room and Cafteria in the school).

Thanks Dave, to you and your fellow committeemen. I'm sure you have found the neighbors in Cranbury Estates to be fair and reasonable people and the petition you and Jay endorsed asks for nothing more than the same from the Township.
I understand the Township is in a challenging situation and I'm interested hearing the solutions proposed tomorrow night. Thanks again.

Post subject: RE- 130-D, Thank You residents of the Cranbury Estates
To the residents of the Cranbury Estates:
I want to thank each of the residents who have taken the time to write me and the other members of the Township Committee regarding the 130D affordable housing site. I appreciate the concern and understand why there has been so much interest in how this property is to be developed. I want to reiterate that I do NOT wish and would not support the building of a road connecting the 130-D site with Ryan Rd. In addition, I do not support the building of the maximum density of the site. I have signed the petition that was presented to me in August 2009 by the residents and I stand by that obligation.
In regards to the preservation of open space as it relates to the 130-D property, I would agree to investigate that option. If it is not in legal conflict with the county and states interpretation of open space then preservation should be considered.
As you know this issue is a process and tomorrows meeting is another step in that process. I look forward to your participation and appreciate your involvement. I want to mention again that I am available to meet regarding this issue or other issues you may have. See you tomorrow night.
Thank you,
David Cook
