Post subject: Mayor's Wellness Campaign - Gentle Yoga
Mayor's Wellness Campaign - Gentle Yoga
Wednesday, February 16th at 7:00 p.m - Gentle Yoga by Joann Charwin via Zoom
The practice of yoga, through breath and movement, is a wonderful way to center oneself and create balance in life. Come and join us for a gentle yoga practice where we will focus on breath work, gentle movement, and relaxation. Gentle yoga is a slower paced practice and allows participants to stretch and move at a comfortable pace. Modifications allow for all fitness levels to enjoy the benefits of gentle yoga.
Joann Charwin, LPC, RYT 500, began her yoga journey 16 years ago. Joann is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance. In addition, Joann has accumulated 68 hours of yoga training for children. Joann is a Cranbury resident and retired school counselor from Cranbury School. Joann is currently serving on the Cranbury Municipal Alliance, Mayor’s Wellness Campaign, the Parks Commission and is a member of the Cranbury Woman’s Club.
