Then email he town. It is in the redevelopment plan for that area. Numerous public meetings were held on it.

Because they went to the ZB and got a variance to build homes instead of condos.

Just curious...If I'm not mistaken there still remains a 6-acre requirement for the construction of a residence. If I'm correct, how can 9 houses (per monthly newsletter from mayor) be permitted on the lot across from Cranbury Commons? This lot does not appear to be even 2 acres.
