Station price tag on rise By:Sarah Winkelman , Staff Writer 07/30/2004 Township needs to redesign or seek new funding The cost of a new police station is rising and it could further delay construction. Bids for the project have come in at $328,000 more than the $2.847 million originally budgeted. Because of this, the township either will have to redesign the building or seek additional funding.
