| Land west of Route 130 may soon be used for 50 units of affordable housing.
The Township Committee agreed Monday that land west of Route 130 near Cranbury Green, a parcel bordering Four Seasons on Old Trenton Road and a small piece of land behind Village Park, will be suitable to build approximately 50 units of affordable housing. While the state won't release official numbers regarding Cranbury's third-round obligation until 2006, the township will have to submit an affordable housing plan to the Council on Affordable Housing by Dec. 20.
