If I put mine for sale tomorrow (no intention to) it would be below what I paid. what surprised me is that the same model in the same Cranbury Greene (with better location) was sold $792K last winter and the others in the development were all listed over $800K. one of a bit bigger model was just closed last week at price of over $830K.
