what surprised me is that the same model in the same Cranbury Greene (with better location) was sold $792K last winter and the others in the development were all listed over $800K. one of a bit bigger model was just closed last week at price of over $830K.

it is 100K less than their purchase price at 09/2005. Anyone knows why?
