Happen to drive by Cranbury Commons today and noticed most of the windows have Coming Soon signs for the various shops. Scotto's Restaurant and Princeton Soup and Sandwich stood out for me.

Does anyone know the exact total number of retail shops will take up residence at the Cranbury Commons once all is said and done? I believe 5 shops have already applied for leases.

I understand that 5 leases have already been signed off. Does anyone happen to know the names of the 5?

Are you getting paid to promote the business going into Cranbury Commons?

Now there's a novel idea Very Happy

The vehicle circulation plan was reviewed and approved by the planning board professionals in 2018

If I recall correctly try it was supposed to be right hand turn off old Trenton and then funnel through the lot back to S Main.

The drive thru is at the empty pad site by S Main and old Trenton. It is site restricted to pharmacy or bank. No fast food for the like.

My question was what is the path of travel exactly? The promotion for the pad doesn't appear to show space in addition to the pad for a car to navigate through a drive thru. Unless there's going to be a curb cut on Old Trenton which would require cars crossing over the main property front sidewalk, and close to the light.

The sales brochure for the remaining separate retail structure mentioned a drive thru but the plans they show don't show where it would go or how the car traffic would flow relative to the rest of the retail, sidewalks and parking.

Also looks like there's already a full waiting list for the affordable housing apartments.

Wait Coffee, we can’t have that. We already have 2 pizza places. We can’t have 2 places that serve coffee also.

According to our mayor, a coffee shop will be taking up residence in the Cranbury Commons strip mall. Anyone have any idea as to what the name might be?

Yeah that’s definitely not happening.
