Jump-start your program and refresh your routine with two new, hands-on workshops this fall.
Workout 101: the Best Way To Use Cardio and Nautilus Machines
and

.
Each program runs approximately one hour and is designed to show you how to get the most out of your workouts.
Workout 101
covers the equipment found in most commercial and corporate gyms: ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, steppers, and Nautilus Nitro machines.
3B
will introduce you to three functional, core training devices, that you may see in a gym, but also work well at home.
If you already belong to a gym, but think you should be getting more out of it; or, if you have been meaning to get back in shape, but want some guidance as to the most efficient and sustainable way to do it;
Workout 101
will help you sort things out.
If you're looking for some variety in your workout, or if you're looking for things that you can do at home, in the
3B
seminar you'll be able to try a variety of exercises on the Bosu ("both sides up") for your lower body, the Bodyblade for upper, and the Ball for your midsection.
Both seminars are at the Optimal Exercise studio at 27B Maplewood Avenue in Cranbury.
Workout 101
is scheduled for Monday, October 5 at 7:30 PM, and repeated on November 2, 30, and January 11.
3B
is scheduled for Monday, October 19 at 7:30 PM, repeated on November 16, December 14, and January 25.
The price per person for each seminar is $20. Since class size will be limited to 6, please call or email me to reserve a space. Wear your workout clothes!
