I just LOVE the ying-yangs who trip over themselves just to stuff more of their money into Sarah Palin's pockets!
You know that she quit her job just to become a full-time celeb and cash in. Only the moron class believes that she can/will be president someday. How stupid can some people be?

Was it also God's plan that they lost?
Gawd, I hope so!

Also, Palin people claim that they would gladly vote her in for the highest executive office in the nation, but, appear totally clueless as to why they would do so.
"Ima gonna vote fer hur cuz shes so purty".

Yes, but, the bizarre part of the Palin people is that they actually believe that she could & should be president someday. Sarah Palin might be a PTA president in Wasila Alaska, but, president of the US?????????????? PUH-LEEZE. How big of a numbnut do you have to be to think that is anyway at all possible. Obama, however, actually DID become president.
If you want to see her as a celebrity, or as a pioneering woman or as a role model to Moms............fine.........but to think she she has the remotest chance of becoming the President, or even Vice President...............I have a bridge in Brooklyn I'd be interested in showing you.

I completely agree with all the comments that you can find idiots and whack jobs for any cause and you can edit a funny or scary video around anything...
That said, Palin is pretty scary herself. She is obviously very clever and has charisma. But it still scares me to consider that soemone who believes that people roamed the Earth with dinasaurs (she was recorded saying this to a high school class in Alaska) could someday be in a position of power. I don't think she automatically represents the Republican party, though. Still scary that she has followers.

Here is a similar one of Obama supporters.

It doesn't matter party. There are supporters and uneducated supporters in both groups.

I don't disagree, but go to an Obama rally and you will see the same types of people and same comments is my point. You can find the same type of sample at any gathering.

I love these. It's like watching the Leno or David Letterman skits. The issue is (having done this with college TV) you need to ask 15-20 people before you get even one usable quote to fit the skit. So it takes a long time to make these.
This is not a skit. It's just average 'Mericans being asked simple questions to which they have NO idea why they have the whacky beliefs that they do. They watch some idiot on TV or on the radio and they just parrot back whatever propaganda they have been fed on that particular day. There is NO thinking involved here. No critical analysis or debate. "I believes what I believes cuz I believes it"
Sad indeed.
Yes, but the same with Leno and Letterman's skits those are average on the street Joes. This was not 100% of the people they asked. There is no way possible and as someone who has done this I know how hard it is to compile these. I think it was the Daily Show who took McCain positions and Obama positions then went to Obama and McCain supporters with the others positions. Obama's would say I like Obama and the person would say so you feel we need McCain position X and they would say yes!! Then they'd do the same with McCain supporters.
Exchange Obama, Clinton, Bush, Mickey Mouse and you can find the same types of people. We would walk around campus and ask people what is the capitol of NJ and they would say Princeton, Camden or even Philadelphia for example, but we'd have to ask 19 people who said Trenton before finding someone with no clue.
I've done this type of video editing too. These people are very interested in Palin and probably support her and her views (whatever they are). They are there to buy her book This is your sample. They are probably very representative of typical Palin supporter.
When Jay Leno video tapes on Main Street in middle America or on 5th Ave in Manhattan, he is working with a very different sample. The people he interviews are walking down the street for a variety of reasons (going to the store, going to work, sightseeing -whatever) They are not there for a single political reason nor are they all going to see the jay Leno Show. There might also be a different sample response on Main Street in middle America than on 5th Avenue in Manhattan because there may be more educated people, or people who hold different political views in different part of the country.
