Does every square inch of land need to be "improved"? <br />I know that most developers are cozy bedfellows with players in state government. It doesn't really matter who gets elected to state offices. They still get greased by the building interests in some fashion. Money does the talking in NJ. It's up to The People to get involved and push back and let the politicans know that WE are the bosses, not the builders.
