Post subject: East Windsor Still Making Use of RCA's...
East Windsor has just this week entered into two (2) new affordable housing regional contribution agreements (RCA’s) with the city of Long Branch.
Agreement number one allows East Windsor to transfer 67 affordable housing units each at a cost of $35,000 for a total regional contribution agreement of $2,345,000.
The second agreement will send 33 affordable housing units to Long Branch with each unit costing $35,000 for a total RCA cost of $1,155,000.
As part of this RCA Long Branch agrees to build or rehabilitate affordable housing for people with low to moderate incomes as defined in existing state laws....
