It doesn't have glaring problems per se, but at this price range you expect it to be nicer than it is. Its a nice location, nice lot, backs usable conservation land. If your kids play soccer, they practically have a full size field. I dunno, but it feels like your paying a bit too much for the location and the land given the shape the house is in.
