The administrator should be there all the time to make sure the business of the taxpayers is getting done.</td> </tr></table><span class="postbody"> <br /> <br />The problem is that the boards and commissions in this town have for the past few years had decisions consistently overturned by the TC. This is not a partisan knock, it started under the Stout TC, but has continued with the republican majority. <br /> <br />This is the logical outgrowth. Board and commissions are hesitant to make decisions and good people decline to serve on boards and commissions. <br /> <br />Win has also consistently misunderstood the sunshine law. When he did his budget presentation he claimed he did not inform the rest of the TC because of the sunshine law.
