One other comment. I'd rather use grants to help these homes then build 130d when we aren't yet forced to do so.

The affordable senior housing are the apartments behind Teddy's.
Frankly, seniors in this housing are the most in need is my view.

I know we have affordable housing in town. Are those affordable units owned by the town?
I did not know we have town owned senior housing. Where are they?

The senior housing is owned by the township your home is not. Further, this is grant money for public housing.
