The township was not only aware of this problem, but also happy to hear that the local business was happy to take care of it. With the approval of the Shade Tree Commission, the trees are being removed and replaced as per their guidelines by a certified arborist once the beautification project is complete in that part of town this fall. However, why wasn't there a traffic study like always required when an increased use is requested? How about increased garbage that an additional clientele will generate? The Cranbury Inn, which has the land, and has the parking went through hell and back to get approval for its addition, and this Planning Board approves the doubling in size of a restaurant in town with no parking or thought as to the other adverse impact it might cause?
