Before complaining that they are lead based you may want to go to town hall and ask if a lead test was done. The contractor has failed miserably to contain the lead based paint chips and dust during the painting process.The paint is all over the landscape and parking lot. This is just one more example of the poor supervision and oversight of the taxpayers dollars. If this was a private residence on Main Street the powers that be would have been all over the contractor for failure to contain the dust and chips. If we had an administrator who knew something about the contracts she authorizes this would not have happened.
