I always tell my out of town friends not to make a right turn there on RED passing the solid white line. <br /> <br />My brother in law once got a ticket for making a right turn on RED from Half Acre Rd. to RT-130 South passing a car waiting to go straight. This happened before they added a left hand turn lane there.
