The process for preparing and adopting the plans will be reviewed. The Fair Share Plan and Housing Element must be filed with the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) by December 31st. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be held at the Cranbury School Large Group Room. <br /> <br />It should be noted that Township has already completed 16 units of affordable housing and has acquired the Route 130-D site for the current round.
