f). Resolution # R 04-08-083 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Professional Services Agreement between the Township of Cranbury and the law firm of Herbert, VanNess, Cayci & Goodell for tax appeal legal services.
g). Resolution # R 04-08-084 – Resolution adopting revisions to the Township Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual.

a). Resolution # R 04-08-077 – Resolution appointing Greg Farrington as the Township’s “Air Quality Monitor” under the New Jersey Public Employees Occupational Safety and Health Program (“PEOSH”) requirements.
b). Resolution # R 04-08-078 – Resolution appointing Lt. Rickey Varga as the “Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator” for a three-year term.
c). Resolution # R 04-08-079 – Resolution rescinding a previous resolution ( Cranbury Township Resolution # R 04-08-066) and canceling taxes for Block 25, Lot 2 QFarm and refunding said taxes for 1st qtr 2008 taxes which were paid by the bank.
