I got the post card today. I am not interested in the deal. My water line (outside) has been fine since it was installed. It's like any insurance policy: you pay to get peace of mind.

Post subject: New Jersey American Water
Hi
Did anyone get a postcard from NJ American Water (NJAW) regarding insuring your outside water pipes for $12- $15 a month against damage or leaks? Is this a way for NJAW to increase revenue or it this reasonable? Thanks for any advice.
