Post subject: CRANBURY: Planners have reorganization
CRANBURY — After working through a Master Plan revision, the Planning Board completed a few more changes at its reorganization meeting Jan. 6 by appointing new members, a new chairman and vice chairman.
Committeeman David Cook is the new Township Committee member on the Planning Board. Mayor Winthrop Cody, Art Hasselbach and Jason Stewart also are new members on the board.
The board’s attorney, Valerie Kimson, swore in Mr. Cook, Mr. Hasselbach and Mayor Cody at the meeting. Mr. Stewart was not present.
Thomas Harvey was reappointed as a member for a term ending Dec. 31, 2013.
The board unanimously voted for architect and former vice chairman Alan Kehrt to be its chairman this year, and it voted Thomas Harvey as vice chairman, also unanimously. Mr. Kehrt takes James Golubieski’s seat, who stepped down from the board this year.
The other members of the board are Dietrich Wahlers, Eugene Speer and Kathleen Wasson, the board of education representative.
