I remember when the meetings were in the school cafeteria and I could not hear anything. Going to a few meetings since then I have not had an issue hearing. I have attended these meetings and the mics are used and people can be heard in the room. Its hard enough to hear in person but impossible to hear on the video. The committee needs to make an effort to project their voices and to make a concious attempt to use the microphones[not push them aside]. Over the years so many people have given up going to the meetings and this is one reason why[particularly older residents].The clerk or the mayor should also instruct the public that while speaking they must use the microphoe. Anyone who looks at these videos or goes to the meeting sees that there is no effort being made to improve this situation. These videos give us a good insight to our TC if we can't attend.
