Just a ballpark estimate.

I would rather deal with a neighbor particuarly one who can show me the work he has done. Stasi can do that. He also does all the work himself, with one helper. So, the guy who gives you the quote follows through every hour of the job. For me, that is a good deal.

Before you hire anyone, you should ask for references for similar scope of work and make a few phone calls. Anyone can buy a dump truck and some shovels and call themselves a landscaper.
