Anyone attend the coffee house last night? If so, I'd be interested in hearing what you thought of the show. Although we had a pretty robust audience, mother nature did everything she could to try and put a damper on the evening. However, more than sixty hearty souls made it through the pouring rain to enjoy the music.
On Friday, December 11 the coffee house will present an evening of ALL Children's Music featuring Jonathan Sprout. Jonathan's show is educational in nature and the children will surely love him. Amongst his many musical accomplishments, Jonathan is credited with writing the lyrics for a song that appeared on an early Lettermen's album. Our opening act that evening will be Laurie Davis, who is a local singer/songwriter and choir director at CPNS.
The December show will start at 6:00 PM. Admission is $8 for adults with children 12 and under admitted FREE for this show. There will be light refreshments available at an additional cost. As usual, a portion of all coffee house event proceeds benefits the deacon's benevolence fund and local food pantry.
I guess it's now safe to say the coffee house is no longer Cranbury's best kept secret. Please continue to spread the word....www.cranburycoffeehouse.com. |

If you, or anyone you know, have not been to the Cranbury Coffee House, this Friday evening is your opportunity to stop by with family, friends or if you like, come alone. Everyone is welcome.
Located in Fellowship Hall (First Presbyterian Church) at 22 South Main Street, the coffee house is Cranbury's true entertainment venue.
A portion of the evening's proceeds benefits the local food pantry and church's benevolence fund. Refreshments available at additional cost.
Stop by to see and hear, what some music reviewers are calling, the best duo in New Jersey. Princeton's own Acoustic Road is our featured act and they will take you on a musical journey from the 60's through today's pop rock songs. These guys are really good and should not be missed.
Our opening act will be Emily Gabriele, who resides in South Brunswick and is currently a student at Rutgers University. Emily will entertain you with a performance of her original music.
All in all it promises to be a fun-filled evening, so come join your fellow community members in a safe and relaxing local environment. Oh, and be sure to save your appetite for some tasty refreshments.
Be a part of the action. Come see what everyone's talking about.
