We have all had a busy week. Many of us are still without power, but we have a very important job to do this weekend. When we change our clocks, change the batteries in your smoke and CO detectors and test them. Replace outdated detectors and practice your escape plans. This simple step can be a life saver. Hope everyone recovers quickly from the storm and best wishes to all.
Thank you,

Last week we were in our local schools, teaching about fire safety. Items we covered include proper maintenance of smoke and co detectors, having an escape plan with at least two ways out with a meeting place outside, and practicing your plans. Have you practiced your home escape plan recently? |
