All this is very interesting. But what about the original question? Right now the repairs stop at an arbitrary point in the middle of a straight stretch of road. It's not stopped at any logical intersection or side road or other landmark. It's weird and arbitrary.

If you read the notes the town is getting many grants.

We should not have to hire anyone. The town already has at least three highly paid administrators that should be capable of completing the Grant applications.

It is unfortunate that we have not made a Grant Application writer a priority. Lol. For all the grants that EW may or may not get their taxes are much higher. I’ll take less grants and lower taxes if that is my choice.

if you pay attention to the agendas and minutes we have gotten many grants. Our roads are done each year mainly through grants. Aside from the beautification a few years ago the town hasn’t done anything on Main St. They have been doing Ancil, John White and Brickyard based on meeting minutes

We don’t need to hire a person whose salary and benefits would be more than a grant. You also realize that EW is a different county so what the Mercer freeholders do is different than the Middlesex freeholders.

I think it is a perfect job for you. Get involved, volunteer. Put your grant writing to use. Get advise from Mayor Miranov.
I can't wait to see what you can do for town, once you step away from the keyboard. I am sure that all the Town Council would love your help.

I heard the Township ran out of donations and that was as far as they could go with the donations they had.

Anyone know why they repaved half of Ancil Davidson Rd then randomly stopped in the middle? It's one stretch of road so it makes no sense.
