Agree and to the TC and PB members since then as well. They preserved Reinhardt and even a couple farms on the other side of 130 like Kurek. The warehouses have us the money to make that preservation happen.

Remember not all of the 130 truck traffic is Cranbury. Robbins I’ll, East windsor, SOuth brunawick are also adding warehouses while Monroe in addition to residential has added some fairly good size retail that brings in added traffic to our roads.

To add to the above point it is not always an option of warehouse or farmland. The town has preserved a great deal of farmland. The usual choice is shopping mall, warehouse or residential. 5k of residmets would destroy Cranbury and inflate our taxes. Retail has less rateable value and more traffic.

The town did well to preserve farmland on one side and build warehouses on the other side.

Thanks to the hard work and the vision of many people that were active in the 90's and early 2000's for laying that foundation.

The warehouses have increased our revenue and lowered our taxes. Assuming 3k of the 5k residents are driving age that is much more car traffic than truck traffic.

If anyone has a question about how well the town is run look at the traffic (car traffic) we have and then look at NJ.com’s list of fastest growing towns the last decade. Monroe has added almost 5k residents to get to almost 44k residents. Meanwhile we’ve preserved our tax base and farmland. We may get upset over 50 homes here or there, but we’ve really managed to avoid the downturn of our neighbor.
True, but where Monroe two has added 5k residents we have added 10-15 warehouses that more than triple the amount of truck traffic.

Come on enough already. Our TC members are volunteers and working hard for the town. This is not a career job or anything else than trying to help.

Jay looks like Ray Ramano and both were/are Mayors in small towns. Ray in Mooseport and Jay here. both have girl as the oldest child and twin boys too. Coincidence??
