| This home is back on the market, after having expired last month. It's a nice house, but with an asking price of $659,000, I think it's overpriced given that it backs to Old Trenton Rd and a comparable home (2 Adams Dr) sold in December for $570,000.
We lost out on another home in Shadow Oaks, that went under contract this past weekend. Does anyone know of any other homes in Shadow Oaks that may hit the market early this year? Thanks! |
