In a perfect world, we would love to close on our existing home and move into our new home in mid- late June, so our school aged children can finish out the school year.

Typically inventory seasonally picks up here in the spring and early summer and most years there are numerous Shadow Oaks homes and at least one or two in the Wynnewood neighborhood available.
