| That's because no matter how hard and carefully other posters tried to explain how taxes work to that poster they couldn't comprehend them and all they heard was the tax rate was going up so they incorrectly assumed that meant expenses were up. Nothing could convince them of the truth as they saw it, facts to the contrary. |

| Where is the poster complaining about the town increasing costs? It seems to me that there was a cut of over 800k in the budget from last year. |
