We used Reese Powell and found him to be very good. He's in Cranbury.

We initially tried to cover up gaps in our floors, but then realized that is the charm of these old pumpkin pine floors.

Looking for a good floor repair professional- I know lots of folks around Cranbury have pumpkin pine floors in their historic houses - any recommendations on a floor guy thats good repairing damaged boards and addressing large gaps between boards???

Aside from hiring a floor guy, what else have folks been doing to address gaps? - I have watch a lot of TOH and Youtube videos and am looking for advice on what has worked - not happy with most of what I found so far, ie putting rope between boards. thanks
