| Wow, two years, and an amazing amount of reduction... Makes you wonder if it would have sold for more sooner if they had started lower (but still higher than in ended up)...
Oh well, a deal was made so presumably both parties are satisfied... Good luck to both. |

| This one looks over-priced, given the location.
A better deal will be this one on Silvers Lane: $999,500 http://www.cranbury.info/viewtopic.php?t=843 If the traffic noise of RT-130 in the Silvers Lane area is ok inside the house. The best buys (under 1 million), in my opnion, are the houses situated around the intersection of Jefferson Rd. and Washington Dr. area (Shadow Oaks). But houses this particular area don't come for sale often. |
