Optimal Exercise is presenting a clinic for student-athletes, parents,a and coaches on Monday, June 22 at 8:00 PM.
We will be demonstrating fundamental exercises and drills used for speed, agility, and quickness, as well as safe and effective weight training.
Athletes will be able to try some of the drills, while parents and coaches can ask about conditioning programs in general for their athletes.
