Loyal Follower, the day after: "Uh, honey, remember a few months ago? How I quit my job, left you and the kids, forefeited all of my wordly possessions, and went preaching about the end of the world? Well, my bad." I try not to judge other people's views. But I cannot possibly imagine having this blind belief. People really did do these things. But I can't help but chuckle when I think of them looking at their watches at 6:01pm on Saturday and thinking, "Hmmm. Wonder if my watch is running fast?"
And, sadly, a vast majority of the chumps who gave up their savings for his previous prediction, already ignoring he had been wrong twice before that, will immediately accept his new explanation. At the end of the day these followers are mentally ill. If it hadn't been Camping they would have manifested their illness some other way.

Post subject: Darn - we are not off the hook
Well folks, looks like we are not off the hook. Doomsday prophet Harold Camping says that his prediction was off my 5 months. Looks like October is the end. This past Saturday "was "an invisible judgment day" in which a spiritual judgment took place."
