It surprises me how little attention this post has gotten under the circumstances. Seems like many on this blog from our town are more interested in "their world", local politics, and and defaming others. Let's help these folks. It was a long time ago, but someone knows something about this. I for one am not impressed with law enforcement in this case, maybe they put the word out, but I never heard about it. And I've grown up here most of my life. Please disseminate the facebook link and see if anyone from that time frame knows anything. Hightstown class of 84 and 85 would be of interest in asking. There was no interview of message sent out to those classes that I am aware. Lets help this family get closure from this tragedy.
Considering the amount of relatively minor and unjustified investigations the local police have been spening time on, this is a real shame to hear. I think there needs to be a serious discussion with a reality check with the prosecutors office. Perhaps time to see some APs move on or be fired.

But then again I seen posts like this and didn't know about this. Maybe there are things going on that are not being discussed.
This is a real tragedy to hear. The poor family that can't get closure.

Now that is unreal.
Count me in I will help if I can if you want to get the word out more. She was in my graduating class too, although I am sorry I don't recall that name.

There is a good amount of information available already on this case apparently. The investigation being handled out of Mercer County however which is strange since the body was found in Cranbury - Middlesex County.

Nathaniel Harvey is in prison for a homicide that occurred in Plainsboro. He was originally on death row until Governor Corzine got rid of the death penalty. Why do you think he has never been charged in the Macho case?

There was DNA found in Donna's bedroom that links NATHANIEL HARVEY to Donna's rape, kidnap and murder. The family would like him to be arrested and put on trial for her murder. It has been almost 30 years since her murder. Donna's family needs JUSTICE for her now!
very sad

Yeah, I remember this. There was almost no forensics at the scene. As I recall, she was found wrapped in a carpet that she was apparently killed on(thus no blood in the house). Main suspect was the boyfriend. No blood, no fibers, no case. By the time her body was found, her parents had died and the suspect had moved far out of state.
The complaint at the time was the case was too complicated for local law enforcement. Now they would have brought in state and possibly federal forensics teams. Terrible memory.
