When I talk with TC members new and old having lived here quite some time there has never been good attendance. I used to go, but the TC recently has given me no cause for concern. So I don't feel the need. <br /> <br />The budget specific meetings are always open and advertised. I went once and it was like watching paint dry. Every line is reviewed down to postage do they allot 1,000 or 750 for postage. They have a summary meeting when presented and copies are in town hall for any resident to review.
