Lastly, I think last year's primary showed that turnout and votes cast are meaningless come the general election when independents vote. However, one in the primary can select their best choice for the general election. So to say campaign season is starting early based on a meeting really isn't important.  Though, I am curious to see if signs appear from either party this week.[/quote]
