Post subject: Township Committee Meeting- COAH
Dear All,
We're doing something a bit different at this evening's TC meeting. In addition, to our regular business we will be focusing the agenda on our afforable housing obligations and where things stand today.
Our COAH consultant will be providing an overview of how COAH came about and specifically the implications for Cranbury and where we stand today.
Mark Berkowsky from Cranbury Housing Associates who does a wonderful job ensuring we meet our obligations will discuss CHA and provide an update.
I encourage everyone to come and listen to these individuals. Affordable housing has a real impact in Cranbury and it's key that as residents we're informed and have our questions answered.
Thanks,
Jay Taylor
