b). Resolution # R 05-08-095 – Resolution supporting “Click It or Ticket” the week of May 19 - June 1, 2008.
c). Resolution # R 05-08-096 – Resolution refunding the Community Services Group at The Four Seasons at Cranbury $729.22 for water usage for the pump station (owned by Cranbury Township) which had been previously paid by them.
d). Resolution # R 05-08-097 – Resolution authorizing the release of a Performance Guarantee for Rockefeller (Block 8, Lot. 1.01) Public Improvements.
e). Resolution # R 05-08-098 – Resolution authorizing the release of a Performance Guarantee for Rockefeller – Crate & Barrel (Block 4, Lots 1.03 & 1.04).
f). Resolution # R 05-08-099 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an Agreement for heating/air conditioning routine maintenance services (HVAC) and repairs (as needed) with Titan Mechanical LLC.
