You made my day, we were so worried about your dog. It makes me think twice about leaving the collar off ours. From now on he will have his collar and name tag on all the time.

Yep, it seems how to get home was the difficulty.
(Like, I want to be super-rich, but how to achieve that is an entirely different issue.)

I am glad that she stayed near home, and the neighbors and owner found her.

What a great ending to what could have been a tragic story.

She did not come home on her own. She was wandering around the homes on Silvers lane. We had a call from a resident on no main that saw her there and also the recycleing man stopped at our house just as we were leaving to look, said he also saw her there. My husband found her 2 hours later along the back fence that goes along the houses that are up against the hwy. She didn't come at first someone told us she would not know us right away. She was lying down watching workman in a yard. He talked to her and it took a few mintues for her to come around and then she did, he put her collar on and she cryied like a baby! So she is home and happy to see her sister!

Glad to hear she is home. Did she come home on her own or did you find her somewhere? Just curious.

I feel so sorry for your family. We'll keep our eye out as well.

Unfortunately this happens which is why we have our dogs microchipped. They tend to get their collars off at times. It's amazing how often we hear from people that the chip has worked for their dogs.

We will keep looking for your dog. Can you give us some idea what neighborhood she started out in? Also, hang in there, the police are great at finding these lost and scared pooches. My last pup had major fear of thunder and the fireworks also and they were able to locate him and bring him home when he panicked and ran off. Please let us know when you find her.

Thanks for your support! We live on Maplewood right behind the gas station. She was last seen heading north on the southbound lane of route 130, around 10pm last night. So as of right now she could be anywhere in Cranbury. We appreciate any help we can get. She is part of our family and we miss her dearly!
