I was researching how much good news from Cranbury is posted in the East Windsor Patch, and came across this post.

Thank you to the Gibson family and all the volunteers.

And thank you once again EW Patch for coming through for our town sharing the good news.

Hi,

I wanted to take a moment to highlight a volunteer effort from last Saturday April 14 which was organized by the Gibson's from Petty Road in town. This volunteer project helped to protect the newly planted trees on the Hagerty property from the Turnpike remediation project.

The Gibson's were able to organize 55 volunteers from their church as well as residents from town who in one hour were able to place jute to protect over 2000 trees.

Below you will find a link to the East Windsor Patch which shows some pictures from the event.

I would also like to once again thank the Gibson's, the congregation from their church and the Cranbury residents who all took part in this.
